The fit

How this maps to the role.

What Fine Food Australia needs from a Marketing Coordinator.

01

Social & Website

Mine to own, end to end. Content calendars, on-brand copy and graphics, short-form video, and a WordPress site kept current.

02

Campaign Execution

Reliable to a brief. Multi-channel campaigns delivered to a Marketing Manager's direction and timeline, email and digital included.

03

Onsite & Real-Time Coverage

Capturing the moment. Real-time social, video interviews and BTS coverage, the same instinct I bring to live events and shoots.

04

Hospitality Background

Understands the room. Managed a cafe and worked hotel hospitality shifts, so a live food and service environment is one I've actually run.

The approach

How I'd run execution and my own patch.

Give me a brief and I deliver it reliably to the Marketing Manager's timeline, while keeping social and the website moving on my own initiative in between. This is the loop behind the work.

01BriefCampaign brief in - plan the assets, the timeline and what needs sign-off.
02ExecuteDeliver content, copy and graphics to the Marketing Manager's direction, raising questions early rather than at the deadline.
03OwnSocial and website content posted and updated independently between campaigns, ideas brought on my own initiative.
04OnsiteAt the event itself, real-time social coverage, video interviews and photographer coordination, plus registration and signage support.
05ReportCampaign documentation kept current in Asana, post-event reporting and budget reconciliation support.
06IterateBring results back into the next campaign and the next event.
Comfortable across the mix
Social, website and onsite coverage, working toward the same event.
About
Moon

Content is my craft, and I like the discipline of executing well inside someone else's direction just as much as owning my own patch. I run my own studio, Mounir Productions, and I've also managed a hospitality venue myself, so the pace of a live food and service event is one I know firsthand. I'd love to bring that mix of craft and hospitality instinct to a national event like Fine Food.

Why this role? It's the execution-first structure that drew me in, real ownership of social and the website, with a Marketing Manager's direction on the bigger campaigns. I like the scale and the physical, in-person nature of a national event more than a desk-based, digital-only role.

Easy to hand work to. Give me a brief and it comes back delivered on time, on brand and to spec, so nothing slips on the Marketing Manager's timeline.

Hospitality, firsthand. I managed Splash Juice Bar Cafe in South Yarra and worked shifts at venues including the Esplanade Hotel in St Kilda, so a live food and service environment is one I've actually run myself.
